Leadership Team

Shannon Bradford – Director

Shannon spends most of her days managing 3 beautiful kids, and their ministry household. Shannon is a former teacher, Children’s Ministry Director, and current Event Coordinator at Wheaton College. Shannon has served on leadership at the district and local church level. She loves being organized, planning ahead, and thinking creatively. Personally, Shannon enjoys connecting with other women, Chicago-style pizza, football, online shopping, fun with her kids, and date nights with her husband.

Marietta Williams

Marietta is married to Chris, her college sweetheart. After graduating from Indiana Wesleyan University, they embarked on a ministry journey together. Over the past 20 years, they have found themselves in a variety of ministry contexts ranging from church planting to pastoring in both small and large churches to district leadership in their denomination. Marietta is passionate about seeing pastors’ spouses thriving in life and ministry. Outside of ministry roles, Marietta works as an executive assistant for TLC Management and is a busy mom to three great kids. She loves finding ways to embrace creativity, continually challenges herself to learn new things, and could easily spend all day exploring interior design ideas.

Sharon Drury

Sharon committed her life to Jesus Christ as a teenager, and enjoyed being a pastor’s wife after marrying Keith Drury in 1967. They raised David and John, who are married and each has 3 children. Sharon was a stay-at-home mom for 15 years and founded a national Yokemates ministry for pastors’ wives in the 1980s. Sharon also served in multiple capacities in the local church, including New Visitor Ministries and Director of Assimilation. She worked at Indiana Wesleyan University for over 20 years in various positions of leadership. After serving as Professor of Organizational Leadership in the doctoral program at Indiana Wesleyan University for 7 years, she retired in 2013. In early 2014, Sharon and Amy Luchetti started praying for spouses of pastors, and by summer they launched a new ministry called Pastor’s Spouse Connection.

Erin Crisp

An alumnus and now employee of Indiana Wesleyan University, Erin, Eric and their three teenage sons live in Marion, IN where Eric is a pastor at College Wesleyan Church. Originally an English teacher, Erin now works in adult, online education while pursuing a doctoral degree in education from Indiana University. The Crisps have been a ministry family for 13 years in Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland and now back in Indiana for a second time. They enjoy music, museums, camping, hiking, exploring new destinations, and reading.

Jessica Sheets

Jessica is a lover of Jesus and a former elementary teacher turned SAHM who can be found spontaneously bursting into song while scaling Mt. Laundry or baking for the next life group. She laughs every day thanks to her favorite individual, her husband Stevan, and her wonderful kids, Ella and Ezra. With a front row view on a Sunday morning Jess is usually the first to laugh (or turn beet red) during a sermon jest. She knew when she was 12 that the Lord was calling her to marry a pastor someday but had no idea what that really meant! She’s still learning along with Stevan as they navigate this adventure of ministry.

Jason Colburn

Jason is no stranger to the rollercoaster ride of life in a ministry family. During Jason’s childhood, his family travelled in church work holding revivals and camp meetings throughout the Midwest and Northeast United States. Jason’s wife, Gina, is the Lead Pastor at Trinity Wesleyan Church in Allentown, PA. Jason and Gina have been married for 22 years. They have four wonderful kids, Brooklyn, Jordan, Colton, & Kailyn, who are actively engaged in their family’s ministry. Jason has blended his career experience in Information Technology with a passion for equipping the Church to employ technologies to reach people for Jesus Christ. Jason enjoys golfing, playing the bass guitar, and leading worship with his boys. Seeing people find full life in Christ is what energizes him. Jason’s idea of a day off usually involves golf, basketball, or a trip to NYC.
